Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (standard shipping), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has reached us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

No Liability for Shipping Risks
We assume no liability for loss, damage or delay during shipping – neither for shipping to you nor for return shipping to us.
We therefore recommend return shipping with tracking and, if applicable, insurance, especially for items with a value of over €25.

Condition of Returned Goods
The goods must be in their original condition – i.e. unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging, if available.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
A right of withdrawal does not exist for the following goods:
• hygiene articles or personal care products if their seal has been removed,
• individually manufactured or personalised items,
• gift vouchers after complete redemption.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of €10 as well as the actual return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Refund for Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the goods by e-mail upon return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to that person.
