§ 1 Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop on the Shopify platform by

The offer is exclusively directed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract and Ordering Process

  1. The product presentations in the online shop are for the purpose of submitting a purchase offer. They do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

  2. By clicking the button "Buy now" you submit a binding purchase offer for the clothing items in your shopping cart.

  3. The time of contract conclusion depends on the chosen payment method:

    • When using instant payment service providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay), the contract is concluded at the moment you confirm the payment instruction by clicking the final order button.

    • In all other cases, the contract is concluded when we accept your order through a separate email or ship the goods.

§ 3 Prices, Shipping Costs and Small Business Status

  1. The prices at the time of order placement apply.

  2. Note on small business status: All prices stated are final prices. According to § 19 para. 1 UStG, no value added tax is levied and consequently not shown (small business regulation).

  3. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply for delivery. The exact shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the Shopify shopping cart system and on the checkout page before purchase.

§ 4 Delivery Conditions and Product Availability

  1. Delivery is worldwide.

  2. Unless otherwise stated for the product, the delivery time is approx. 3–5 working days.

  3. If a ordered piece of clothing is not available (e.g., due to a system error or being out of stock) because we are not supplied by suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.

§ 5 Payment Terms

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the Shopify checkout. These include in particular:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc.)

  • PayPal

  • and more

Your account or credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The legal details as well as the withdrawal form can be found in our separate cancellation policy, which is linked in the checkout and in the footer of the website. Note: Clothing items may be tried on (as in a retail store). If they are returned worn, washed, or damaged beyond this, we reserve the right to demand compensation for value.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights for defects in the delivered goods apply.

§ 9 Final Provisions

  1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

  2. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
